1. DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 and ss. Legislative Decree no. September 6, 2005,
n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract for the sale of goods between Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l.
with registered office at Napoli (Na) Via Francesco Cilea 277/279 PI 06417911218 ("Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l.") and the customer ("Customer").
The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. a proposal for purchase from
the customer by telephone or via the Internet, following the invitation to offer contained in teleshopping broadcasts,
the web site www.diecidecimi.org (the "Site") and / or through other means of distance selling of Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l., based on
the procedures described in Article 3 below.
2. PRICES
2.1 - The selling prices of the products shown on the Site Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. include VAT and all other taxes.
Delivery costs are included in the price shown on the site.
3. HOW TO PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
3.1 - The customer will be allowed to choose one of the following methods of payment: (a) in cash, to be carried out to
courier who delivers the product, or (b) through any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid
by Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. via transmissions on the Site
4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS
4.1 - Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. delivery of the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 30 (thirty)
days after the conclusion of the Contract.
4.2 - Any complaint will be forwarded to the following address: Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l.,
Via Francesco Cilea 277/279 - 80127 Napoli (Na)
5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
5.1 - Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. accepts customer orders for the quantity of products required in existing
warehouse. Therefore, the acceptance by Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. of the purchase proposal forwarded by the customer is
subject to stock availability of the products. Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. will notify
promptly to the Customer any unforeseen breakdown in stocks due to excess demand or other causes.
6. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
6.1 - For products purchased by the customer are applicable to Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l.
rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods.
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
7.1 - The Customer represents and warrants that: (i) to be a consumer in accordance with Art. 3 of the Consumer Code, (ii) to be of age, and (iii) that the data supplied by the same for the execution of the Agreement are true and correct.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 - The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receipt of goods.
The Client may exercise the right of withdrawal, within that period, showing it by phone or through a communication
written at the headquarters of Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. in art. 4, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram, telex, electronic mail or fax.
8.2 - Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice following the instructions included therein, within 30 days of receipt of goods. Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the customer is not entitled to withdraw in the following cases:
- Supply of audio or software which were unsealed by the Customer;
- Supply of products tailored or personalized or which by their very nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (eg cosmetics, flowers, food);
- The supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
8.3 - The costs of returning goods are the responsibility of the customer. Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. return within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer: (I)
the full price paid by the customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functions, or (II)
the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the customer who has used the product
appreciably and / or such as to significantly detract from the value.
9. TREATMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LEG. 196/03
1.9 Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, No. 196 Code on protection of personal data
(Hereinafter the "Code"), we inform you that your personal data provided and / or subsequently acquired, will be handled by
Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l., in Italy and abroad, through electronic and manual in compliance with the Code and the regulations
on privacy.
Aims of treatment
The data collected are used for the following purposes:
a. subscribe to the service;
b. conclude contracts of sale and realize the benefits;
c. perform the steps necessary to give effect to the contractual relationship in place;
d. send commercial information, advertising material, information and promotion, by any means (email, sms, etc.)
and. making, including through telephone contact, market research, economic and statistical analyzes in order to check the proper functioning of the services and the satisfaction thereof;
f. develop customized information about consumer habits and orientation of the parties;
g. disclose such data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
The conferment of data is necessary for the conclusion of the purchase contract, optional in other cases. The missing data will make it impossible to execute the order placed.
Data retention
All data collected will not be used for purposes other than those above and will be kept for
period necessary to achieve the same. After that time, the data will be deleted or transformed into
anonymous. For detailed data on purchases and services, storage times will not exceed those established by
regulations.
Rights of
This does not affect your right to exercise at any time the rights under Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and
other rights) of the Code, in particular: the right to access their personal information, request correction, updating
and cancellation if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of law, and to oppose their treatment for
legitimate reasons, a written request to Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. Via Francesco Cilea 277/279 -
80127 Napoli (Na ).

10. JURISDICTION
10.1 - The Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and
breach of contract will be the court of Naples.

In case of delayed payment will be charged default interest.
Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to request payment in advance.
Force Majeure
In any event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Dieci Decimi RS S.r.l. not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate all or part of the contract, suspend or postpone the execution .
